Fast-Dry Corporation Acquires Assets of 10-S Tennis Supply

Combination set to improve customer service

Pompano Beach, FL (July 31, 2006) – Fast-Dry Corporation announced today that it has acquired the assets of 10-S Tennis Supply.  The combined entity, to operate under the name 10-S Tennis Supply, is now the largest global provider of products and accessories designed specifically for tennis courts and tennis court facilities.   

“We are obviously ecstatic about the transaction,” said Stephen C. Dettor, President of 10-S Tennis Supply.  “10-S Tennis Supply has long been known for their high levels of customer service and broad range of products.  We look forward to sharing best practices and operating procedures to build an even more customer focused company.”  Mitch Kessler, the former owner of 10-S Tennis Supply, will remain as a consultant for 90 days.  All other 10-S Tennis Supply employees will be retained and will eventually relocate to Fast-Dry Corporation’s existing facility in Pompano Beach, FL.
