ShockWave is an EPA registered disinfectant, sanitizer and cleaner designed specifically for mold and mildew remediation.  ShockWave is strong enough to be used as a hospital grade disinfectant and has been specifically formulated to be used on both porous and nonporous materials.  ShockWave disinfectant and mold/mildew killer does not contain chlorine bleach and will not "bleach" out stains.  Some scrubbing may be required to remove residual stains from surfaces.   Periodic treatment of shaded areas prone to mildew will prevent the mold and mildew from becoming well established.
