Ti Coat is a clear two-packaged water based epoxy product that is used as a primer for new or uncoated concrete prior to the application of the California Products Plexipave Color Finish System. Ti Coat penetrates concrete with an alkali polymeric coating that tightly adheres to the irregular texture of the concrete surface. The Concrete Preparer product should be used on the concrete surface prior to the application of the Ti Coat.
