Perfectly designed post hole covers.  These are built to fit in standard sleeves that would hold a 2 7/8" post.  They drop into the sleeve and then can be tightened inside to create a firm fit.  Simply remove your post and drop in the sleeve plugs to keep out debris and make a safer walk area.
